Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, workbooks, guides, prompts, recordings, and immediately accessible materials, all sales of digital products are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Courses and Training Programs
Refund eligibility for courses, trainings, communities, cohort programs, or educational programs may vary depending on the specific offer.
If a program includes a separate refund period, guarantee, cancellation term, or written refund condition, those terms will control.
If no specific refund term is stated, purchases are generally final once access has been granted, materials have been delivered, or the program has begun.
Live Workshops, Webinars, and Events
For live workshops, webinars, or events, refunds may not be available once registration is complete, access links have been issued, materials have been provided, or the event has occurred.
If AMELIA Blueprint cancels a paid live event, registrants may receive a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled access option at AMELIA Blueprint’s discretion.
Consulting, Strategy Sessions, and Appointments
Fees paid for consulting, strategy sessions, implementation reviews, or appointments are generally non-refundable once scheduled, reserved, or delivered.
Rescheduling may be allowed if requested within the timeframe stated at booking or approved in writing.
No Refunds for Failure to Attend or Use Materials
Refunds are not provided because a purchaser fails to attend, complete, download, use, implement, or access purchased content, unless otherwise stated in writing.
No Guarantee of Results
AMELIA Blueprint does not guarantee business outcomes, income, compliance outcomes, implementation results, search visibility, platform performance, audience growth, AI accuracy, or professional results.
Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with individual results, failure to implement, unmet expectations not expressly promised in writing, or changes in personal or business circumstances.
Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors
If you believe you made a duplicate purchase or were charged in error, contact AMELIA Blueprint promptly at contact@ameliablueprint.ai.
Requests should include your name, email address used for purchase, date of purchase, product or program name, and a brief explanation.
Payment Processor Fees
Payment processor fees, transaction fees, platform fees, or administrative fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
Chargebacks
Please contact AMELIA Blueprint before initiating a chargeback. AMELIA Blueprint reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of purchase terms, access, delivery, communications, and usage.
Program-Specific Terms
Some AMELIA Blueprint offers may include separate written refund, cancellation, transfer, or credit terms. If there is a conflict between this general Refund Policy and the specific written terms for a particular offer, the specific written offer terms control.
